Digital ballots due

The deadline to cast online ballots for Honolulu Neighborhood Board candidates is Friday at 11:59 p.m. Results will be announced shortly after voting concludes, the Neighborhood Commission Office said Tuesday in a news release.

Newly elected board members take office July 1.

The Neighborhood Commission Office said it has mailed instructions and passcodes to eligible voters that allow them to cast ballots from home computers.

Public computers also are being made available:

» 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Friday at Mission Memorial Building (next to Honolulu Hale), 2nd floor.

» 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Friday at Kapolei Hale, Conference Room D.

» 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Wednesday at Hau‘ula Civic Center Worklinks room.

Lost or misplaced passcodes may be retrieved by calling 768-3716 or by visiting the Mission Memorial Building or Kapolei Hale and presenting a valid picture identification, the Neighborhood Commission Office said.

Candidate profiles and photos are posted online at the Neighborhood Commission's web site.
