Bummers, I had such high hopes for this restaurant. I guess money is still green whoever spends it but I hope that Seed is not built on homophobia, like Down to Earth.

  2. Especially Incognito:

Most people rather donate two cents.

What the heck is a "seed" restaurant?? Are they serving grass or foie gras for their pupus??? What is on their menu?? Will everybody be high at that restaurant?? Will MAUI GOLD be on the menu?? Oh, just thought I would insert a bit of humor in our local politics.

  4. Chicken Grease:

Heh. There's that 2 cents again. There was a guy with another name on this board . . . hmm.

    Foie gras tastes GOOOOOOOOD!!!!!

  5. Kimo Sutton:

I tried to reserve a space but it is a private gathering only by Dr. Wong. I want to give and go to a fundraiser like Seed. Yum and support Duke!

    two cents
(idiomatic, colloquial) One's opinion or thoughts.
That's just my two cents; you can believe what you like.

Seems chicken grease assumes his comment is worth more but actually
less than two cents. More like chicken feed.
