Gov. Neil Abercrombie and state Sen. David Ige are expected to attend a forum on the governor's race hosted by the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce.

The event, in partnership with the Hawaii Association of Realtors, the Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Hawaii Independent Insurance Agents Association and the Land Use Research Foundation, is set for June 24 at the Japanese Cultural Center.

Howard Dicus, a business reporter with Hawaii News Now, will moderate.

Abercrombie and Ige are competing in the Democratic primary.

    Maybe when Gov. Abercrombie loses, he can drive another yellow taxi around Oahu.
    There will always be the Pink Hotel and lots of parking lots.
